BBC Master chef rolls into Waterloo Road
Chorley Bunce was host to BBC Master chef today.
Arriving half an hour late hour late then delayed a further hour for technical difficulties, the three Master chefs finalists stepped on to our kitchen five on BBC Waterloo road, to cook for 150 cast and crew.
With a camera man sound man and the director all in the kitchen along with the three contestants and myself it was a bit cramped. The three finalist had to come up with a menu for the day from scratch. They decided on Thai salmon, Pork escalope with wiled mushroom gravy, roast butternut and goat cheese lasagna, with crushed new potatoes, broccoli, and carrots, Pudding was rhubarb syllabub and apple and pecan crumble. Due to the program not airing until next year I wont say any more just yet.
